Refund & Return Policy

At Beyond Brows Beauty Salon, we take great pride in our work and strive to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and beautiful. Because our services involve professional time, labor, and high-quality cosmetic supplies, we adhere to the following policies:
1. Service Refunds
All services are final sale. We do not offer refunds on services rendered (including threading, waxing, facials, bleach, and eyelash extensions).
If you are unsatisfied with your results, please notify us before leaving the salon. If you notice an issue after you have left, please contact us within 48 hours. We will be happy to schedule a complimentary “fix” or adjustment appointment to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Retail Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, all retail products are final sale. This includes lash serums, aftercare kits, and any skincare products. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
3. Deposits & Cancellation Fees
- Deposits: Any deposits made for high-value services (such as full lash sets) are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive for an appointment without notice will result in a forfeiture of a small deposit or a “No-Show” fee as outlined in our internal Policy.
4. Gift Cards
Gift cards or Coupon Cards, if any; are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of service.
